HP laserjet p1006

I folks...

I have my laptop using RHEL6 and CUPS 1.4.2...

but I have a HP laserJet P1006 printer

To use it I have installed the hplip-3.12.11

HP_LaserJet_P1006 Automatically setup by HPLIPHP LaserJet p1006, hpcups
3.12.11, requires proprietary plugin Idle

when I tried to print a test page nor other file .... the printer just not
print the pages ...

Can you helps me ?

I also tries to upgrade the CUPS to 1.6.1 ... but I can't doit

Could you help me ... ... te status an messages are the follows....

Jesus,

Run:

cupsctl --debug-logging

and then try printing something again. The HPLIP filter (hpcups) is failing for some reason; the /var/log/cups/error_log file will likely contain information useful in solving the problem once debug logging is enabled...
