splitting (filtering) colour and b&w printing

Hello-

Is there a way to force CUPS to separate the b&w and colour printing?

Set-up:
1 Colour printer
1 B&W printer
1 CUPS server
-- a single class for the two printers?
-- a single spooler for the two printers?

Not directly, but you may be able to convince one of the third-party add-ons on cups.org to do it for you.
