Hi there, and happy new year to all,
I've very pleased to announce that after ten years of the PyKota and
related projects in the printing utilities, this print auditing and
quota enforcement software, as well as all its accompanying tools, are
now freely available for download to ALL, for no fee, from :
http://www.pykota.com/
Theses software are :
* PyKota : print audit and quota enforcement for CUPS
* Tea4CUPS : the swiss army's knife of the print administrator
* PyKoIcon : versatile client side remotely controlled generic dialog
box manager, used by (only if needed) but independant of
PyKota.
* pkpgcounter : parsing command line tool and Python library for
page counting and/or color usage computing.
* pkipplib : pure Python library to handle IPP requests and
responses.
* PyKoCard (only available from subversion right now) : early support
for CARTADIS printing cards.
I'm also very pleased to announce that after several years I've been
allowed (I'm a French civil servant, we officially can't do as we
want...) to resume my Free Software consulting activities.
Expect new releases of all these software in the coming weeks and
months.
Thanks for your attention
